The Raw and Real Conversation:
13 Lessons I learnt from 31 days of January
If someone’s energy feels off, it is off. Don’t let your positivity make you lose your sense of intuitive power.
Failing a plan is a part of the plan. It is, however, better to fail at a plan and do it 70% well, instead of not planning and getting it 10% done.
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Sometimes, pain comes in compound interest because it is about to leave you forever. Be patient with yourself when that happens.
You just need to start. Everything else will be taken care of.
Saying no isn’t for losers. As a matter of fact, winners say no all of the time.
Just because someone (your company, client, etc.) is paying you money, doesn’t mean it is your default to laugh at every foolish thing they utter or agree to everything they say. To be pleasantly out of it, draw your boundary yet appear to be their best friend is your biggest training in life.
When you have the strongest conviction in God, He will come for you even when nothing is visible. But you have to trust Him unconditionally.
If you do something just to please someone who is usually unpleased, they will still be unpleased.
Don’t try to have conversations with energy draining people. Just be nice, and nicely stay away, my friend.
The best exercise is the one that gets done. So a 10-minute yoga session on a day you were about to skip exercise, is phenomenal.
Let go of the past. The pain came to take away a huge part of your past karma. Celebrate that it is over. Don’t ruminate it.
Helping is fine, however, offering free consulting to someone who is otherwise in a position to pay isn’t a good idea ever. Such people usually disrespect your services, because guess what, you didn’t respect yourself either.
(Bonus): Hold the fort. This could be the start of something new…
2 One Liners:
The most beautiful thing about living a good life is you do not have to prove it to anyone else.
Tum apni khushi se jo bhi karte ho na, guaranteed success hoti hai. Aur success nahi, to failure mein bhi mazaa aata hai.
3 Gratitudes:
Evening walks: They just take away all the pressure in a whim.
Weekend: After recovering from Covid, this is the first weekend where I would (probably) not work! So cool is that :)
The ability to let go: It makes me not carry baggage that weighs us down. Supergrateful to it :)
PS: What are you grateful for, today?
Let me know in the reply section, my friend :)
Spread the gratitude and let the chain grow stronger <3
Bye all!
See you next week.
